Tiger tributes echo the spirit of the original, with multi-laminated bodies & necks, chambered wings and set-net construction.  But they diverge from the guitar that Doug Irwin built for Jerry in several ways, including 8West's unique headstock shape, a different series of body laminations, brass stringing on the fingerboard with a more     traditional outer binding, and a subtle break angle to the neck, among other things.  Built with a 5A curly western maple core, padauk, ebony and cocobolo or                       granadillo, brass stringing throughout the body, fingerboard and headstock, all hand-cut inlays, hand-carved tops and backs, and "continuous" back control cover.
